At Mjamor Publishing, we are committed to getting your books to you safely, quickly, and with complete transparency.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During releases, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer national and international shipping through reliable courier services.
Domestic Shipping (within poland):
Standard: 3 to 7 business days.
Express: 1 to 3 business days (additional cost).
International Shipping:
7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and service selected.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order.
In some cases, we offer free shipping over a certain amount (advertised in current promotions).
4. Order Tracking
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it in real time.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, the order may be reshipped, but the cost of the second shipment will be covered by the customer.
6. Damage or Loss
All our shipments are packaged with extreme care.
If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at mjamorpublishing@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We will be happy to assist you.
Exchange and Return Policy
Here we explain in detail how to proceed if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you wish to make an exchange. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us, which is why our exchange and return policy is designed to give you peace of mind and confidence with every purchase you make.
At Mjamor Publishing, we work with attention to detail to offer you quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here's how to proceed.
General Conditions
We accept exchanges or returns within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Returns of digital products (PDF, eBook, etc.) are not accepted once shipped.
Valid reasons for return or exchange
1. Damaged or defective product
If your book arrived damaged in transit or with printing defects, please contact us immediately at [your contact email address] attaching photos of the damage and your order number. We will be happy to assist you.
2. Wrong product
If you received a different title than the one you ordered please immediately get in touch with us at mjamorpublishing@gmail.com. We will assist you with receiving the correct ordered product at no additional cost.
3. You wish to exchange the product (not defective)
Exchanges for another available title are accepted within 10 calendar days of received shipment, as long as the product is in perfect condition.
The cost of the replacement product shipment and the return shipment of the exchanged product will be covered by the customer.
No refunds are available, only exchanges for another book of equal or greater value (paying the difference).
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Digital products that have already been downloaded or shipped.

Books with signs of use, stains, marks, or missing their original packaging.

Returns outside the 10-calendar-day period.
How do I request an exchange or return?
1. Write to mjamorpublishing@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the exchange/return, and photos, when applicable.
2. We will respond within 1 to 3 business days with instructions and a shipping address (if applicable).
3. Once we receive the product at our offices and validate its condition, we will process the exchange or send a new title.
Refunds (in exceptional cases)
If we are unable to replace a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer you:
